This policy explains how refund requests, cancellations and billing adjustments are handled for SUBHSITE subscriptions and digital services on shubhsite.in.
Overview
SUBHSITE provides subscription based software, website builder tools, templates, WhatsApp store features, hosting related configuration and support services. Because these services are digital and become available immediately after purchase or activation, refund eligibility depends on plan status, usage and the nature of the payment.
Free trials and plan review
Where a free trial or demo access is available, customers should evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid subscription. A paid plan confirms that the customer has reviewed the service and agrees to the plan limits, billing cycle and included features.
Eligible refund cases
A refund may be considered for duplicate payments, accidental double charges, failed activation after successful payment, or a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.
Non refundable items
Domain registration, third party gateway charges, custom design work, paid setup, migration, premium template customization, maintenance work already completed, SMS/email credits and any other third party cost are generally non refundable once processed.
Subscription cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription from their account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the active billing period unless the case qualifies under this policy.
How to request a refund
Send a request to Help@subhsite.in with your registered email address, invoice or transaction ID, plan name, payment date and a clear reason for the refund request. We may ask for additional verification before processing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel where possible. Bank, card, UPI or payment gateway timelines can vary, and the final credit date depends on the payment provider.
Abuse and policy misuse
SUBHSITE may reject refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, repeated purchase and cancellation behaviour, violation of terms, fraudulent payment activity or excessive use of services during the active billing period.
